I was an early adopter of marketing automation (specifically Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, and Salesforce) and was one of the top 50 users of Marketo globally. Marketing automation, operations, and data analytics go hand in hand and I thrive in the challenge of orchestrating & optimizing strategic, impactful marketing ecosystems for global brands.

When I transitioned over to digital marketing #agencylife, I became the measurement lead for my clients, designing and leading the measurement strategy for campaigns that outperformed almost every KPI goal we set — from attitudinal brand research to direct response conversion rates & ROAS. I even helped two large clients have their biggest & most successful campaigns to date (by all objective standards📈). One spent nearly $40mil in one day - yes, you read that right! - and the other ran media on 4 different continents, their first global campaign 🌎.

During that time, I realized my passion for marketing & the customer journey expands far beyond the scope of media. So in 2019, I decided to take a short sabbatical that instead led me to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity traveling the world for 2 years as team manager & marketing lead for a professional swim team. During my travels, I also worked with other clients as a part-time business & marketing consultant.
